I am moving out and need my deposit back. What do you clean?
A move-out clean is scoped to what inspections actually check: inside and outside of every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and fridge, full bathroom sanitation including grout, baseboards, door frames, switch plates, and reachable window tracks. It works best on an empty unit, so book it after the furniture is out.
Can a landlord or property manager book instead of the tenant?
Yes. Whoever is paying can book, and we only need access arranged and the address correct. For repeat turnovers it is usually easier to book directly with us so the same scope is applied every time.
My house is old and has not been cleaned in months. Where do you start?
With a deep clean. Buildup on baseboards, trim, grout and appliances is not something a maintenance visit is scoped to remove, and on a house this age it is the difference between looking cleaned and being clean. If you choose a standard visit anyway, a home that has gone over a month carries a small catch-up allowance on the first visit only — you can see that line in the estimate before you book.
Do I need to leave out supplies or a vacuum?
No. Cleaners arrive with their own products, cloths and vacuum, and it is included in the flat rate. If you would rather we used something specific of yours, leave it out and tell us — we will use it instead.
