House Cleaning in Shoreline, Flat Rate and Online
House cleaning across Shoreline — Richmond Beach, Echo Lake, Ridgecrest, North City and the new townhomes along the light rail corridor. Mid-century houses cleaned properly, priced before we arrive.
What cleaning a Shoreline home involves
Shoreline is mid-century almost all the way through: 1950s and 60s single-level ramblers on generous lots, many with the original tile bathrooms and kitchens still in place. Single-level matters practically — all the floor area is on one plane, which is why floor work is a larger share of a Shoreline visit than it is in a tall Seattle townhouse. The newer layer is townhome infill along the light rail corridor, compact and hard-surfaced, where the kitchen and bathrooms are nearly the whole job.
- Parking & access
- Free street and driveway parking in essentially all of Shoreline, so access here is genuinely simple. New townhome developments sometimes have assigned-only stalls — mention it if yours does.
- How far we are
- We are based in Mill Creek, about twenty minutes north of Shoreline.

Consistent Quality
No 'slacking off' after the first visit. We use strict checklists. The tenth cleaning will be as thorough as the first. Stability is our standard.
Transparent Flat-Rate
No hourly traps or hidden on-site fees. You know exactly what you'll pay based on your home's layout. We value transparency.
Direct Booking
Skip the annoying phone calls and 'free in-home estimates'. Our pricing is public. Book online in 60 seconds.
Vetted Local Cleaners
We are a local Mill Creek business, not a gig app. We take personal responsibility for every background-checked cleaner we send to your home.
The First-Clean Rule
We start with a Deep Clean to establish a baseline of clean. For recurring subscriptions, we offer a 3-month interest-free installment plan to spread this cost, or a welcome gift: a free oven or refrigerator interior deep clean.

House cleaning in Shoreline — questions we get
Does cleaning cost more in Shoreline?
No. The price is the same in every city we serve, because it is built from your home — bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and how the home is right now — not from your zip code. Parking is on us, and the flat rate you see is the rate you pay.
Ours is a single-level rambler. Does that make it cheaper?
It makes it a different shape of job, not a cheaper one. Price comes from bedrooms, bathrooms and floor area, and a rambler spreads that area across one floor — so a 1,900 sq ft rambler and a 1,900 sq ft two-storey price the same, because the work is the same amount of work.
The bathroom tile is original and looks dingy. Can you fix it?
We can remove what is on top of it — soap scum, hard-water film, mildew in the grout lines — and on original tile that is usually a bigger change than people expect. What cleaning cannot do is restore grout that has worn or stained through. A deep clean is how you find out which of the two you have.
Do I need to leave out supplies or a vacuum?
No. Cleaners arrive with their own products, cloths and vacuum, and it is included in the flat rate. If you would rather we used something specific of yours, leave it out and tell us — we will use it instead.
