Sleek, High-End House Cleaning in Seattle
From historic homes in Capitol Hill to modern apartments in South Lake Union, we bring sterile precision and transparent pricing to every corner of Seattle near the Space Needle and Pike Place Market.
What cleaning a Seattle home involves
Much of Seattle was built before the war, and it shows in the cleaning. Craftsman bungalows and 1920s homes in Ballard, Wallingford and Beacon Hill come with painted trim, deep baseboards, single-pane sills and original hardwood — surfaces that hold grime in a way a mop pass will never lift, and that need hand-wiping and damp-not-wet floor work. Newer townhome infill and the apartment towers downtown are the opposite problem: small, hard, high-traffic footprints where kitchens and bathrooms carry almost the entire visit.
- Parking & access
- Most of central Seattle is paid street parking or a residential zone. We pay for parking ourselves and it is inside the flat rate, so it never shows up as an extra line on your price. If your building has a guest stall or a loading bay, tell us and we will use it.
- How far we are
- We are based in Mill Creek, roughly a 25-minute drive from Seattle outside rush hour and closer to 40 in the morning peak — which is why Seattle visits are usually scheduled after the commute rather than at 8am.

The ONYX Standard
We studied why local cleaning companies fail in Seattle. We built our standards to eliminate every single pain point.
Consistent Quality
No 'slacking off' after the first visit. We use strict checklists. The tenth cleaning will be as thorough as the first. Stability is our standard.
Transparent Flat-Rate
No hourly traps or hidden on-site fees. You know exactly what you'll pay based on your home's layout. We value transparency.
Direct Booking
Skip the annoying phone calls and 'free in-home estimates'. Our pricing is public. Book online in 60 seconds.
Vetted Local Cleaners
We are a local Mill Creek business, not a gig app. We take personal responsibility for every background-checked cleaner we send to your home.
The First-Clean Rule
We start with a Deep Clean to establish a baseline of clean. For recurring subscriptions, we offer a 3-month interest-free installment plan to spread this cost, or a welcome gift: a free oven or refrigerator interior deep clean.

House cleaning in Seattle — questions we get
Does cleaning cost more in Seattle?
No. The price is the same in every city we serve, because it is built from your home — bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and how the home is right now — not from your zip code. Parking is on us, and the flat rate you see is the rate you pay.
Do you pay for parking in Seattle?
Yes. Paid street parking and residential zone permits are our cost, not yours, and they are already inside the flat rate. Nothing about parking changes the price you were quoted.
Can you clean my condo or apartment downtown?
Yes. Buildings with a front desk usually want the cleaner registered in advance and some require the service elevator to be booked, so send us your building's access rules when you book and we will follow them. If your property manager needs paperwork from us before letting us in, tell us early and we will sort it out before the visit rather than at your door.
My house is from the 1920s. Is that a problem?
It is the normal case here, not a problem. On an older Seattle home we recommend starting with a deep clean — painted baseboards, trim, window sills and grout carry buildup that a maintenance visit is not scoped to remove — and once that reset is done, recurring visits hold the line.
Do I need to leave out supplies or a vacuum?
No. Cleaners arrive with their own products, cloths and vacuum, and it is included in the flat rate. If you would rather we used something specific of yours, leave it out and tell us — we will use it instead.
