• Generating planning ranges and coordinating confirmed appointments.
• Sending your request details to our owner by email so we can review the scope and contact you.
• Evaluating market performance and measuring ad conversions using UTM source tracking.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted vendors essential to executing our service:

• Resend: Delivers your request details by email to the ONYX CLEAN owner. The customer email is set as the reply address.

4. Ad Measurement & Booking Records

To be specific about what happens when you submit a booking request through our calculator:

• Meta (Facebook) Conversions API: To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, we may send a server-side event to Meta when you submit a request. Your email and phone number are hashed (one-way encrypted) before transmission, and are accompanied by technical identifiers such as your IP address and Meta browser cookies. This is used only to attribute ad conversions. This transmission is non-essential and only occurs when you have accepted cookies via our consent banner; if you decline, or have not made a choice, we do not send anything to Meta.
• Email delivery: The contact details, home details, requested date range, selected services, and planning range you provide are sent to our owner through Resend. This is essential to answer your request and is not gated by cookie consent. The website does not require a customer relationship management system to accept the request.

5. Cookies & Trackers

We utilize browser cookies to remember your location preferences, cookie consent status, and UTM referral campaigns. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some features of our calculator may not function correctly as a result.

After you accept cookies, Vercel Web Analytics may record anonymous page views and Speed Insights may record website performance metrics. These tools are configured without customer form fields or request IDs. Query strings are removed before measurement starts and are removed again from telemetry event URLs.
